Admissions Procedure

a)   The admission test / interview for Montessori and class XI are held on specified dates and admission is granted on merit basis only. Final preference for admission is, however, given to the children of the Naval personnel.

b)    Admission is allowed to both boys and girls in all classes from Montessori to XI on the basis of the results of the written test / interview. Parents are required to be present during the interview.

c)   Applications for admission are revived on the prescribed registration form attached with the prospectus available from the college accounts office on payment of Rs. 500

d)    Most of the vacancies are filled in April every year. These vacancies are offered on first come first serve basis, provided the applicants come up to the college standards.

e)    Preference is given to the students of Bahria College Karachi for admission in class XI. However, the admission of those students, who produce poor results in their SSC examinations, is finally decided by the college council. If there are a few seats available after accommodating Bahria College Karachi students, admission is granted to the students strictly on merit.

Admission Formalities

The following documents must be attached with a candidate's application:

Two 1" x 2" coloured photographs

Provisional certificate

Detailed marks certificate

Migration certificate (in case of any other board)

School / College leaving certificate

Birth certificate / B-Form / CNIC

All entry tests commensurate either with the age group or the requisite academic standards of the class, in which admission is sought.

Passing marks for admission test are minimum 50% in each subject.

The principal of the college will exercise the sole authority for admission under the rules.
